What type of payment is required for services?

We do require payment at time of service. We accept cash, check, credit card, and Zelle payments.

How do I receive potential reimbursement from my insurance plan?

As an out of network provider, we do not directly accept insurance. If you are interested in potentially seeking reimbursement from your insurance provider for traditional physical therapy services, it is your responsibility to find out if this is an option for you. Please contact your health insurance to understand your out of network (OON) benefits and coverage. We can provide superbills upon request.
